SHRI SHANKARANARAYANA TEMPLE

Temple is built as per Kerala ambala(Temple) architecture i.e .Sanctum sanctorium is sorrounded by two layers of buildings(gopura) and small Mukhamantap in the front.There are eighteen steps to temple from river in east and ten steps from west.North and south of temple is arecanut and coconut plantation.There is a raktheshwari and nagabana(snake Forest) around three hundred meters from the temple which is more than thousand year old.
